Work with a table based playlist that can replace same entries, count them or copy paste single columns or whole lines. You can create as much playlist as you want. Even for single file playback and route them on a shortcut or event button to fire them quick with a streamdeck from companion.
Load whole excel sheet playlists from your club to import it into our software. Every worksheet will create an individual playlist, so you can control in the excel basis how many of them will be generated. The importer gets the file links with a simple mapping sheet that is also included in the excel file and when there is content missing, it will mark them red in the software. In times were you get more and more led boards in one stadium / hall this feature is the time saver and reduces wrong media file playback to zero.
After loading and programming your show or when you get new files on site or as replacement for older one, the system will transfer every content to the client without doing more then pressing a button. The transfer protocol is ftp and so you are able to watch the folders and file structures on every client individually with standard ftp software like filezilla or just using the explorer with an ftp://ip link.
Click any text to edit or style it. Select text to insert a link. Click blue "Gear" icon in the top right corner to hide/show buttons, text, title and change the block background. Click red "+" in the bottom right corner to add a new block. Use the top left menu to create new pages, sites and add themes.
The so called Slots are scaler with some parameter. Depends on the setting, your content will automatically be stretched to fill the output/slot settings or just uses led sizes to generate its ratio and fill it with content.
One of the most requested features today are reports for the club or tournament. It became a control and safety instrument to verify the correct playback at the booked time. So when the system time of the control pc is on time, then the start and endpoint of a playback with filename will be written into the log file. Afterwards you can export them into a standard excel .xlsx file with directly providing a .png club or tournament logo file to include it in the report.
You can add SDI input from a build in capture card and add it to one or more slots.
You can receive NDI streams over the network and add them to one or more slots. (future feature)
Live data for advertising partners customization or throw/shot speed on the LED Boards are a good selling point for some clubs and can be integrated into the playback.
Supported media files are .mov, mp4, avi, nearly all image files that can be shown on the system viewer.
Supported codecs are h264, hap, prores, notch lc (all installed codec on the system that can be used in direct show)
Every clip on a specific slot can be adjusted with the common correction settings. It is possible to correct the same clip on different slots in totally different ways.
Every slot generates automatically a fader to control its brightness live. You can map them with OSC to anything.
User Interface and Render Engine are programmed and running in 64-Bit. The biggest bottleneck today are the grafic cards for the software.
The skin can be adjusted until some point, so we offer this service to our customers, that want a special look for themselves or a club / sponsor. See the price list and feel free to contact us about your idea.
Maybe you just want to show text as overlay or map it to some live data with the variablen feature. When you add some text it will appear as a clip in the media library,
A cross fade can be done between two lines. There are two options, first with going to black and back and the second cross fades between two lines in the given time. It can be overwritten in every playlist individually.
Some want to hold the last frame of a clip and some want it not, so it became an option for every playlist individual.
Every playlist can be linked to a mtc time and when it runs, the playlist will be started and followed by the input time.
Some events are booked with a highly on screen time relevance. So you want to play a clip in loop mode until you click the Next button. You could also disable and enable the loop function to have a smooth transition into the next clip and then going into loop state again.
With shader overlays you are able to set up a special layer on the output canvas that can be also a picture or is just black with rgb add option. You can create it also as a stripe and wrap it into your output like the slots. You can also just do one single cabinet or just one led that you want to correct (when you know the exact pixel).
Some clubs mix a few partners into one sequence and while doing these it should be highly flexible. With the multi generator you can take a few stripes and put them behind each other and then use it as a full stripe sequence in the playlist. The strip can also move and loop the outbound content into the inbound side again, so it can be played endlessly.
We all know that led outputs are highly customized over the last years and the setups often combine a few screens in one signal. So it is interesting to have another layer of correction for special setups. The output remap can just do all the tricky things you might want to do, that you even not know now.
There are a lot of use cases for event playlist. It starts from just player entries, playing flags, showing goal or some special happening and so on. The question is, how to handle them well. So we came up with the idea, that you create a normal playlist and add them to an event hotkey field by drag and dropping them on it. This creates a normal event and what it does is, it will stop the playlist and play the whole event playlist through with a countdown and afterwards starts the normal running playlist again at the stopped position and ends. With a right klick on an event hotkey you can change it to continuous event, which is quiet the same as a normal event, but without stopping the normal playlist in the background. When you change the hotkey to Shortcut, it just is a play command for the linked playlist. Event Shortcuts can be used to play a specific playlist at a time with the scheduler feature.
Sometimes you are in a situation, where you want to react of a system failure with a direct partner compensation. You have two options here. First you can select from the dropdown menu in the top left player one new slot and press the jump to button. When the actual playback is done, the jump to line will be played and you can jump back to the next position in the playlist, by doing the same thing again. Otherwise you are also able to change a content in the playlist live into it, while running. Until you are not colliding with the preload time of the next line in the playlist (5 seconds before next change is a good orientation) and the content is already on the servers, you can just drag and drop it into a line while running. Even if you find a bug while running and the clip isn't shown yet, you can change it live.
The custom area is your personal control interface that you can individualize to the maximum possible. We added buttons, slider, input fields and text fields so you can setup the page the way you want. When you add an element you setup the range and paste the OSC command that you want to control with it. That is all you have to do.
OSC seems to be the core of the program and it is in some way. You can control the program externally with OSC from any software (yes also companion) and we wanted to create the most efficient and easy way for it. The input field on the top right in the UI always shows the mapped OSC command, when you hover with the mouse over different control elements and input fields. It might disturb sometimes, because its changing so fast, but it is also a key element to get the right command the fastes way. So just copy it from the field and use the string anywhere. Just a hint, the last value has to be changed most of the time to work.
You can connect your midi board and map it to some key functions in the program. It is also possible to add custom midi fields, learn the correct button by pressing it on the board and then remap it to any osc value in the program to control nearly anything with it.
There is a capability inside the program to directly switch a lightware matrix. We might include different models in the future, but it seems to be easier to implement a companion talk back to trigger some buttons on the deck.
A huge amount of buttons, sliders and input fields have an internal OSC link. It is always shown on the top right inside the UI. So you can copy these strings right into the scheduler page, were you first have to create a task and paste the OSC string(s) into the field and maybe correct the last value in it to the correct one. Then these OSC commands will be applied on specific time and date. So you can turn your content on with a morning and off with a evening task for example.
We try to give you the best user experience. So if you have workflow optimization idea or find some bugs, please let us know and we try to fix them as fast as possible.
